Re: Orlando, No, Mr. President, ‘we’ don’t need to change. YOU, and the monsters you coddle, do

By

Yesterday, in the wake of the Islamic terror attack in Orlando, Obama and his fellow gun-control ghouls were quick to exploit horror to further their agenda. In his remarks, The President claimed:

Today marks the most deadly shooting in American history.  The shooter was apparently armed with a handgun and a powerful assault rifle.  This massacre is therefore a further reminder of how easy it is for someone to get their hands on a weapon that lets them shoot people in a school, or in a house of worship, or a movie theater, or in a nightclub.  And we have to decide if that’s the kind of country we want to be.  And to actively do nothing is a decision as well.

It’s a drumbeat we’ve heard before. Never mind Jihad, Islam, and Muslim extremism. Obama doesn’t like those words. Guns are bad, and all you have to do to be safe is give up your right to defend yourself. We’ve heard it all before.

Obama concluded with a call for prayers.

Say a prayer for them and say a prayer for their families — that God give them the strength to bear the unbearable. And that He give us all the strength to be there for them, and the strength and courage to change.

Obviously, a prayer for the victims and their families is the proper reaction. A prayer that “we” change, however, is another of Obama’s disgusting refusals to acknowledge the realities we face.

Currently, there are at least 11 Muslim-run countries where Sharia law dictates jail or death for homosexuality. A recent poll of England found that more than half of the country’s Muslim population favored making homosexuality illegal. At the same time, Sharia-adherent thugs carry out horrific Christian genocides, throw gays from rooftops, rape, behead, and incinerate anyone who dares to stand against them, treat women as property, obliterate the relics of human history, mutilate the genitals of little girls, dig and fill mass graves across the Middle East, commit mass abductions, and have such a feeble grasp of basic human rights that – when Europe generously welcomes them as refugees – they have to be taught not to rape and pillage.

Yet “we” are the problem? “We” need to change? Speak for yourself, Mr. President.

“We” don’t need to change.  “We” didn’t follow our twisted ideology to its logical conclusion and slaughter 49 innocent Americans in a nightclub.  “We” aren’t afraid to identify and denounce that ideology, either. YOU on the other hand?

YOU are steadfast in your reluctance to acknowledge the realities of the war we face.

YOU jump through hoops to avoid using the “M and I words.”

YOU and your ilk have the unmitigated gall to place the onus for this attack on the rights of law-abiding Americans.

YOU blame inanimate objects while YOU ignore the motive and ideology of the attacker.

YOU constantly denigrate, and apologize for, the United States – portraying it as a place of intolerance while you extol the supposed virtues of our enemies.

YOU demand we cower and jettison our rights rather than flirt with even the vague notion of uttering something YOU have deemed politically incorrect.

“We” don’t need to pray for “the strength and courage to change.” YOU, and the monsters you continually coddle, do.

Wow. You know it’s going to be a good well thought out discussion when it says certified piece of shit over a photo of the president. What would you propose we do about the problem? lots of angry people, but is there any common ground. I would imagine that part of the coddling or not taking the enemy seriously enough would also be reflected in the fact that this guy was a known Isis supporter and was on fbi radar but was made to wait a total of zero days before purchasing his AR15. Would you at least agree on that- that if there is ANY suspicion of terrorist ideologies, you should probably not be able to walk down and same day pick up an Ar15. I’m not trying to take guns from anybody except people who say they like Isis a lot. You have to agree with that, no? Or is that just the gateway to more bans? Because It’s pretty hard to get on a terrorist watchlist. You’ve gotta be a known dude stupid enough to spout off publicly about it. That’s like one thing we can do. Appreciate your thoughts back

    • Well that is what he is. He has made millions loose their health Insurance plans they liked, he has made millions more pay more in health insurance, he has destroyed millions of jobs, he started a Civil War in Syria, he toppled pro west governments in Libya and Egypt, he created and Armed ISIS. Everyone on team obama is working for the radical islamist, those that support obama and hillary need to be treated as domestic enemies, especially the idiots that want to restrict guns. Yes you are trying to take guns away from the people. The 2nd was put in place so we can protect ourselves against people like you. It is the president you support that allowed this person who made the FBI radar to be left alone. So really it is the people who support obama and hillary that allowed Orlando to happen

      • KP

He started a civil war in Syria? not true. The strife in Syria predates his presidency by a long shot.

Obama had nothing to do with Egypt’s government being toppled, the people of Egypt following Tunisia’s lead, toppled Mubarak . You might not like his response but that’s not what you claim

The unemployment rate has gone down since he took office and more jobs have been created in his presidency than any other look it up. You can argue they are shit jobs but you can’t argue he has destroyed jobs. The economy was losing how many jobs when he took office?

He created Isis? So bush 1 created al Qaeda and Reagan created the Palestinian terrorists?

Did he coddle bin laden? Or did bush 2 fly his whole family out of town?

I can have a serious discussion but you have to get out of your own tunnel and at least acknowledge that like any president, everything that precedes them plays a role and everything they do plays a role for the next person. Nobody goes in with a clean slate. I can’t blame everything on Bush and you can’t blame everything on Obama. If you want to have a discussion that seriously considers compromise I’m all for it. The president did not start Isis. Bush did not start al Qaeda cmon man

        • Actually he did start the Civil War in Syria.
obama had everything to do with the Pro west government of Egypt being toppled. He wanted to put in his muslim brotherhood terrorists.

The unemployment rate has skyrocketed since obama came in. More jobs have been destroyed by team obama than during any other presidency.

Bush did not create AQ, nor did Reagan create the Palestinian terrorists, want to try some other lie

There is no use having a serious discussion with those that support obama, what we need to do is flush you people out

    • SquirePraggerstope

”You know it’s going to be a good well thought out discussion when it says certified piece of shit over a photo of the president.”

In this specific case, you at least know it’s going to be a factual one.

      • Those that support obama are so full of BS, people like KP here have no common sense

        • SquirePraggerstope

The repulsive Obama will be history soon in any case. More importantly, how are Trump’s chances looking? I wasn’t over-keen on the idea of him getting in to start with, thinking another few years of a corrupt but static establishment a safer bet than a loose cannon. But I’m speaking as a Brit. I wouldn’t have had to endure Clinton’s rule for four years.

As it is, our own circumstances have changed slightly and Trump will be a far more sympathetic ally to a pro-Brexit PM now the chance of our getting out of the EU has become a real one. There’s been much plotting from the treacherous quasi-Tory pro-EU scumbags and naturally, the entire p.c. left has gone into hysterical denial mode after the stay side lost our referendum. Headless chickens doesn’t even begin to describe it. The British electorate has casually ripped a big tear in their beloved statist comfort blanket in a vote they and the Cameronites thought they had in the bag right up until the first result was declared.

          • Looks like the deal is signed for Trump. Hillary looks like she is going to be indicted for her emails and the fact that she allowed national security to be endangered by her lax email security.

Good job on the recent vote.I think you guys will be better off without the yoke of the EU stomping on your necks. And Trump would be a better guy to make national trade deals with than hillary

          • SquirePraggerstope

Yep, Trump was the only prominent US voice to predict ”Project Fear” would fail and the Brits opt to leave, and the only one to say explicitly that wasn’t a recommendation, only an opinion and that this was a matter exclusively for the British People themselves to decide upon.

The man’s gone up in my estimation. He’s now demonstrated repeatedly that he’ll certainly be a better leader for America, and a better ally for us than the corrupt establishment cyborg, Clinton. I now hope he does win in all our interests.

As for Brexit, the desolate and delusional reaction of the dummy-spitting leftist brats on sites like ”The Guardian” is becoming ever more hysterical and therefore amusing. That paper and the BBC even spent all day yesterday plugging a petition with (allegedly) 2.5 million signatures to hold a second vote. A true EU style exercise aimed at trying to make the silly little electors do it all again because first time round they got the ”wrong” answer.

Someone posted detailed info to the effect that of the 2.2 million names on this petition when he looked at it, only 364,000 actually live in Britain. Several of us twigged to this, got more evidence and posted it repeatedly on the Guardian thread extolling the petition. Pointing out things such as that with over 40,000 signatures from people resident in the Vatican City (actual official population 451 [as of 2012]), with another 50,000 seemingly living in North Korea, and with anyone at all able to sign up multiple times under different names just by creating new email addresses, (37 ‘Micky Mouses’, 19 ‘Nelson Mandelas’, a ‘Mr Door Handle’, ‘Spotty-the-Dog’, ‘Yogi Bear’ etc) it might just be possible that not quite every signatory is genuine. Seems quite a few folk cottoned on to all this and plastered it widlely across the web. By early evening yesterday, the Graun had posted up an article headlined ”Petition for second EU referendum may have been manipulated”. Today, both the original article and this one seem to have disappeared into the archives.

BBC news 24, which reported on the growing petition every half hour or so, yesterday, somehow seems to have forgotten all about it overnight. It’s not been mentioned once yet today by any BBC presenter at all..

          • I read that about the so called on line petition. Of course it was going to be abused, it is on line and not set up to verify names and addresses, let alone if those taking the poll are in the UK.

I see Trump as doing good for us, he is not part of the establishment, that is why the establishment fears him

    • Infidel51

It seems that being under investigation by the FBI doesn’t disqualify you from running for president. Just sayin. The terror ties were ignored because the FBI has been instructed to ignore them by this administration at the behest of the Muslim brotherhood. If you give the government the power to remove a civil right without actually filing charges then essentially you are giving up that right.

    Here’s The Expert On Morality:

“Law, morality, religion, are to him [the proletariat] so many bourgeois prejudices, behind which lurk in ambush just as many bourgeois interests… But Communism abolishes eternal truths, it abolishes all religion, and all morality…abolition of the family! Even the most radical flare up at this infamous proposal of the Communists….The bourgeois family will vanish as a matter of course…” ~ The Communist Manifesto, Marx/Engels (1848).

    And Americans need to change?

    • No we do not have to change, but the liberal left wants to change us

      • DemocracyRules

        PaulJones6482:
Yes, the Left actually LIKES compulsion. They enjoy forcing people to do things that they don’t want to do. They hate liberty and equality. The loss of liberty and autonomy starts with forced income leveling, and it keeps growing from there.

Since the Leftist leaders plan to become high-party officials, they expect to be above all the losses of freedoms. They will be the elite.

And the mind-polluted thinking of the Left will not go away on its own. It has to be changed, one mind at a time. If we don’t stop it, its pollution of American culture will keep growing.
